Where does Neptune get some of these waitresses? I have been coming here for years and the service has never been this bad. I had to wait so long for water and coffee and there was only a couple customers in the restaurant. What took them so long? When it was time for me to order there was no waitress around and it's impossible to get a second cup of coffee. I guess I will be going to Little Poland from now on where the service is a lot better.
Pros: a couple waitresses are nice
Cons: the rest of the waitresses need to be retrained
