ATTENTION:::THE WORST RESTAURANT IN NYC!!!! 10/22/2009

!The employees there are so mean and brutal and all they do is yell at you and dont teach you nothing!!!The food is nasty old and the dining wear is so old and not even washed like take a look at the glasses whenever you go there they are soo dirty the guy that cleans doesnt do a good job!!!There is so much dirty stuff there like for instance the walls are so dusty the tables are not clean well,the windows are dirty!!!The garden is not sweeped good!!!!Im never commning there again!!!! more

Bad Service 11/9/2008

Where does Neptune get some of these waitresses? I have been coming here for years and the service has never been this bad. I had to wait so long for water and coffee and there was only a couple customers in the restaurant. What took them so long? When it was time for me to order there was no waitress around and it's impossible to get a second cup of coffee. I guess I will be going to Little Poland from now on where the service is a lot better. Pros: a couple waitresses are nice Cons: the rest of the waitresses need to be retrained more

not even close to polish home cooking 1/1/2007

we went there today for new years comfy lunch, the food is just ugly, tasteless, service pleasant but without thought, distracted. Pros: easy parking Cons: quality and taste of food more
