Stopped by the day before Halloween, midday, we were second into the store but it filled up quickly with people and there was NO ONE at the counters. For at least five minutes we were all milling around wondering whether to walk out or not. Then a guy came out and started helping one person. There were at least three workers in the costume area and NONE came out front. After waiting for at LEAST 15 minutes more (remember, we were the second people in there!) and not being helped at ALL, not even a ""I'll be right with you"", we walked out.
