I was the fortunate recipient of a 10-session training pass with Shari Leid of Bodies in Balance, and wasn't sure what I was getting into, but it turned out as a great experience and wonderful physical training. Shari was knowledgeable and explained the many different types of training options and martial arts styles that we could use -- and then we jumped right in! Each session was interesting and I felt like I not only got a great workout, but learned something new about the various martial arts styles and my body. I would definitely recommend Shari and her training programs to anyone as an excellent chance to train with a professional, and look forward to many more sessions! - Brandon
