I was hesitant to make the 10-week, 50-hour commitment to the kickboxing, strength training challenge, as I had never before participated in a Martial Arts program, or even worked with a personal trainer. I was out of shape and in need of something to kick start my fitness routine. Boy am I glad I made the decision to join the fall session! I lost pounds, inches, 2 pants sizes, and gained confidence and strength!
