I work in advertising and went to Mike's Referral Workshop back in October. I always thought I received most of my business from referral and knew how to do it. There were a few tips that Mike gave me at his workshop about making the most of my referrals, getting the most out of each networking meeting, and how a few minor changes to the way I do business can turn soft leads into meetings with a client who wants to meet with me, knows my name, and is eager to here what I have to say.
