I've had several occasions to work with Helton & associates. In all cases, the office was ran with utmost care with respect to legal concerns. All collectors are trained in the legal means to collect according with US law, and state law. Clients are treated with respect and dignity. The most unfortunate thing is most people involved in collections are such that write bad checks. However, I have personally witnessed many calls to these folks and if they admit their error and agree to pay, every effort is made to make the payments rather painless. Some people just don't want to admit they were wrong and stronger means are available, and employed (legally) by Helton & Associates. I guess you could simply say, ""...it's a dirty job...""
