I recently had a large order that I picked up by going thru the drive-thru. Because they put it right into my car I couldn't check to see if everythng was there until I got home. Found that two cashmere sweaters were missing. Called immediately and got voice mail. Called again the next morning and again got voice mail and no call back. Went to the cleaners the next day and the manager (owner?) insisted that I got my entire order. I've been back twice with no luck. They cannot find the sweaters, insist that I have them and will not do anything to replace them.
