RIP OFF!!! 4/29/2011

We have been coming here for years and noticed that the ownershp has changes AGAIN recently. Last weekend my husband and I went to pick up our clothes and the owner said we owed them AGAIN. We paid when we dropped off our clothes and he said we didn't. We have ALWAYS pre-paid and he would NOT believe us. He said the Computer is ALWAYS right. Okay, then...I have always pre-paid and even our ticket DID NOT SAY cod, which obviously means Cash on Delivery. The owner is such a jerk and I will NEVER go there again. We ended up paying $78 for a $34 dollar dry cleaning bill. more

Be Very Careful When Picking up your Order 11/12/2008

I recently had a large order that I picked up by going thru the drive-thru. Because they put it right into my car I couldn't check to see if everythng was there until I got home. Found that two cashmere sweaters were missing. Called immediately and got voice mail. Called again the next morning and again got voice mail and no call back. Went to the cleaners the next day and the manager (owner?) insisted that I got my entire order. I've been back twice with no luck. They cannot find the sweaters, insist that I have them and will not do anything to replace them. Pros: price Cons: lose clothes and do nothing to replace them more
