From the application process, to the move-in, and now a year later, Coastal Properties has been the absolute worst company I have ever rented from (and due to the relocation requirements of my profession, I have rented from a lot of companies). They have a policy of ignoring their clients' needs, and then they attempt feebly to convince the client that the client's problem does not exist.
Pros: good listings
Cons: customer service, honesty, character
