Great Supporter & Great Rental! 11/18/2011

We rented a cabin in Big Bear from Gary Goldberg and couldn't be happier. We were treated exceptionally well with quick responses to all of our needs and inquiries. I think Gary and Fred Bischoff (his assistant) went above and beyond to ensure an amazing rental experience for our trip to the snow. THANK YOU! We will definitely be back next year! On a side note, Gary is also a HUGE supporter of local non profits. He gave generously to both the Boys and Girls Club and Monroe Elementary School Auctions, without his support we would not have been as successful as we were. We are VERY grateful to have them in our community!! Thank you Gary and Fred!!! more

Prepare Yourself to be Ignored 11/25/2008

From the application process, to the move-in, and now a year later, Coastal Properties has been the absolute worst company I have ever rented from (and due to the relocation requirements of my profession, I have rented from a lot of companies). They have a policy of ignoring their clients' needs, and then they attempt feebly to convince the client that the client's problem does not exist. Pros: good listings Cons: customer service, honesty, character more
