If I had another way to reach you, Anikaa, I would have phoned you to see what we could do to make things right for you. Sivan is a great hairdresser, albiet new on the floor as a stylist. She is young and not as experienced, but I have never had anyone say she is not professional or unfriendly. We have gone back through her books to see who you may be, as she hasn't had too many walk in clients yet and just when we thought we might have figured it out, that client (who we thought may be you) came back in to get her hair done again, very happy with her results from the previous time. We don't have a receptionist (everyone books thier own appointments), so it must have been me who greeted you, although my memory is not serving me as to who you are. So, please, contact me.
