We have tried and tried to figure out who Anikaa is.....we have gone back through our books, but with no luck, so I have no other way to address this than to post this here....My name is Linda Rich and I am the owner of Ankh Studio. If I had another way to reach you, Anikaa, I would have phoned you to see what we could do to make things right for you. Sivan is a great hairdresser, albiet new on the floor as a stylist. She is young and not as experienced, but I have never had anyone say she is not professional or unfriendly. We have gone back through her books to see who you may be, as she hasn't had too many walk in clients yet and just when we thought we might have figured it out, that client (who we thought may be you) came back in to get her hair done again, very happy with her results from the previous time. We don't have a receptionist (everyone books thier own appointments), so it must have been me who greeted you, although my memory is not serving me as to who you are. So, please, contact me. We have been in business for 15 years and have a very good reputation. I will gladly take care of you personally in any way I can to gain your faith in us again. I am truly sorry if you had a bad experience and all I can do is my best to try to make it right for you.....please call me...
