I hired Portland Home Chef to make meals for my daughter's birthday week. I couldn't think of a more wonderful gift for a hardworking mom than to come home from work to a dinner prepared by her personal chef. The best part is that these were no ordinary dinners. Brittany Baldwin cooked the meals with fresh and natural ingredients, everything from scratch, flavorful and artistic. Her meals pleased my daughter, her husband and a 12 year old, sometimes finnicky eater. The first dinner (salmon with a pesto crust) was outstanding and served beautifully. The remaining meals were ready to go into the oven and be served within an hour, I really wanted something special, and Portland Home Chef helped me accomplish this goal at a very reasonable price. You won't go wrong giving this gift.
Pros: Everything was taken care of - planning, shopping, prep and clean-up.
Cons: I can't think of one - unless someone doesn't give me Portland Home Chef as a gift!
