Since May of this year (2008) the attitude and service of this dealership has gone down hill FAST. I'm not sure what has changed, I do know they have a new manager, but every time i have called for service, it just gets worse. The service manager has no tact and acts like he couldn't care less if you do business there. They never return calls and I have had to take my boat back 4 times for the same problem. Each time they assure me the problem is corrected and each time i have to be towed back in at MY expense. Once the warranty period ends on my boat, I will NEVER take it back to Tracker again.
Pros: NOT ENOUGH TO OUTWEIGH THE CONS
Cons: Deceptive, Service manager should be FIRED
