After reading previous reveiws I was very causious about going to the Tracker Boating Center in Hendersonville. To my surprise the store exceeded my expectations of service in every way. I had my boat in for what I thought was a serious engine issue and was releiived when they told me it was a minor fix. They were able to get me in and up and running in short order and at minimal cost. more

Since May of this year (2008) the attitude and service of this dealership has gone down hill FAST. I'm not sure what has changed, I do know they have a new manager, but every time i have called for service, it just gets worse. The service manager has no tact and acts like he couldn't care less if you do business there. They never return calls and I have had to take my boat back 4 times for the same problem. Each time they assure me the problem is corrected and each time i have to be towed back in at MY expense. Once the warranty period ends on my boat, I will NEVER take it back to Tracker again. Pros: NOT ENOUGH TO OUTWEIGH THE CONS Cons: Deceptive, Service manager should be FIRED more

They left me on hold for 15 min. when I was stuck on the lake. I won't do business here, very rude!!! Pros: Bad service!!! more

We stopped doing business with Travis Boating 3 months ago due to their ethical business practices. 4 months ago they changed the oil in our boat motor. Last week we discovered some service guy ( which I have complained about at the corporate level) dropped an oil cap down in the motor and didn't pick it up therefore eventually causing the cap to be sucked into the motor and stopping up the engine. My cost for this stupidity was 375.00. The manager had confirmed they used red oil caps and guess what the the service guy said no we don't, too bad..... (They changed their story). NOTE: We buy boats for pleasure, AND if you don't want to screw up your boating pleasure experience, DON'T BUY or GET YOUR BOAT SERVICED AT TRAVIS BOATING IN HENDERSONVILLE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is TWICE they have screwed up service and refused to admit it or rectify it. Pros: the only pro, was that the business was in a convenient location Cons: they are not truthful nor ethical more
