first of all i work for this company and we are not as bad and rude as you say im the one personaly who answers most of the customer service calls and i know im not rude at all i care and i try my hardest to make every one happy im only one person so if you have had a bad experiance i am sorry but we recently fired alot of people mostley the ones your talking about,see we are not a real estate company we dont go look at these homes we only know what the landlords tell us,if you dont like the homes your getting ajust your price you cant get a mansion for 400 a month ya know,i cant speak for the entire rentmax but im sorry if your time with us was not good,dont blame the company for the crapy employess.
