I love lemongrass broth and have sampled it at several restaurants in Portland. It's usually ok but comes with several cons. Pho Huy has no cons in my opinion. Large servings- even on togo orders, the broth is made fresh daily with many herbs, is rich in flavor and has the perfect amount of spiciness. Fresh Basil, lots of noodles, full bottles of sriracha at the table (which is strangely rare at most restaurants). The service is great too! The owner, Han, has been there everytime we've stopped by. She is passionate about her business, takes pride in the freshness of her food, is friendly and very generous. The rest of the staff is sweet and friendly as well. They also take credit cards over the phone and deliver!!! Enjoy! :)
