I applied for an apartment through Solil Management and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The receptionist could not have been ruder, no manners, treated me like an idiot and was constantly answering phone calls in the middle of our conversation. The process took forever and they didnt even call to follow up. They also had large broker fees, 50 dollar fees for every applicant and guarantor and when I would call to see if my application was approved or not I was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It is a headache and approval takes up to 6 weeks. NEVER AGAIN!
