I purchased an electrical part (over $100) from Fox Appliances in Atlanta. I ordered this over the phone and the part was shipped to my home. When I went to install the part, I realized that the original part still worked fine. When I tried to return the part to Fox, they refused to take the part back, stating ""You cannot return electrical parts."" They never told me this over the phone. It's only written in small print when I received the part. I will NEVER buy anything from Fox again.
