Doraville. Ga store. I really appreciate the fact that they will sell to the general public. A lot of parts stores will not. I have delt will 3 different salespeople and they were all very cordial and helpful. Today I purchased a hot surface ignitor and the salesman cautioned me not to touch the ignitor surface as this would damage it. A great company to have in your neighborhood. more

Had the parts I needed 5/13/2010

My refrigerator went out last summer and Maytag was not going to be able to come out to repair it for over a week. So I did some investigating and found the parts I thought I would need at Fox. I was able to repair my fridge! more

Very Rude, reps, and price jacking 5/4/2010

I was told by my repair man to buy two items from Fox appliance because they were located close to my home. So I did. When I got to the store there were several reps available. None of them acknowledged I was in the store. I just walked up to the counter and started talking. The gentlemen was unpleasant. He got the parts for me and never mentioned the no return policy. The prices were extremely high compared to competitors. They are only open m-f until 5. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Pros: Always have parts in stock Cons: very rude, no returns more

Fox return policy 11/10/2008

I purchased an electrical part (over $100) from Fox Appliances in Atlanta. I ordered this over the phone and the part was shipped to my home. When I went to install the part, I realized that the original part still worked fine. When I tried to return the part to Fox, they refused to take the part back, stating ""You cannot return electrical parts."" They never told me this over the phone. It's only written in small print when I received the part. I will NEVER buy anything from Fox again. Pros: Good prices on parts Cons: They won't take parts back more
