Concord Honda obtained our business because Doug went beyond my expectations not only to respect my personal decision to wait on purchasing a car, but to also assist in advice in purchasing a vehicle should I go to another dealership. In addition, Jon was instrumental in getting us the pricing and financing documentation via e-mail which was a key factor in the deal because as Doug and Jon know, I am on bedrest with baby #3. I am unable to handle any type of stress at the moment because any stress could invoke pre-term labor. Working with other dealerships was too much to handle, so we had decided to wait on the purchase until the baby was born or unless there was a purchase price we could not ignore. The latter happened but from a different dealership but because Doug made such a positive impression, I really wanted to go with Concord Honda.
