Living in Winchester, I like to buy my car's local. I have purchase several autos here. Years ago this was the place to go for service. In the past 3 or 4 years there service is ABSOLUTELY the worst. Had my car in 3 times with no results. They are just trying to sell me things. Brought a 190. new battery and had it back in the next week because it was dead - after 3 visits, I have to take it elsewhere. Both my wife and teenage duaghter refuse to go there any further because of the attitide of the service staff.
BEWARE
Cons: Another dealership who just wants to sell you things - with a POOR attitude to customer service
