I brought my vehicle in for service two weeks ago for a recurring problem with the electrical system that had started prior to the expiration of the warranty. It's amazing that the problem wasn't found while the vehicle was under warranty, but as soon as it expired, Bonnell was able to find the issue and charge me several hundreds of dollars. The worst part, however, was the incredible rudeness of the receptionist at the service department, who I think is the owner's wife. At Bonnell Ford, the customer is definitely not #1, and is treated like #2. They DEFINITELY will not be getting my business, my family's business, or my friends' business ever again.
