Very friendly, helpful, understanding, professional staff greeted this quite nervous and pain-stricken new patient (who had no personal references to this office). I found the staff to be interested in me, and in offering and explaining any potential procedure options in regards to my dental and budget concerns. Staff provided a good, reassuring, informed-decision experience, which helped to greatly relieve the anxiety of this new patient. Not pushy.
