Excellent Service 12/30/2011

I loved going to that dentist office! The recepcionist was very friendly! The dentist assistance was extremely great! She took care of me like I was one of her family member! She explained with patience every single option of what I can have done and also entratained my daughter while the dentist was working on my mouth. The doctor was very knowledgeable! Overal, it was a great experience and I usually hate going to the dentist. I can't wait for my next appointment! It's great leaving the office with a great smile and they make sure that you do! more

Rip Off 11/18/2011

I came to your office in Orange City over a year ago to have my teeth cleaned. You wanted to charge me $180 and would not just clean my teeth - what a rip off. I called my insurance company and they said it was not the first complaint they had received. You should have no star rating... more

Change of Dentist 7/18/2011

I am just curious why Towncare Dental has changed dentist so many times over the past few years. I have been a patient there for close to 20 years and spend thousands of dollars I am sure. Please explain to me how your process works and why there seems to be such a turnover of dentist. It is nice to have a relationship and everytime I feel that, they move leave and the patients never know why? more

All About Making a Profit 4/12/2011

This place is all about the upsell. If you do not take everything they try and sell you on, they will refuse to do anything for you. They tried to convince me that I had periodontal desease and cavities without even doing a cleaning. The doctor used 1 pic for half a second to poke at my supposed "cavities". No real exam was done. This place only has the prrofit in mind and not the best interest of the patient. There is no way a dentist can tell you that you need all kinds of work done without doing a proper cleaning and THEN exam. Stay clear of this place or your wallet will feel the real pain. I'll never go back to this place again. more

Dissatisfied 3/23/2011

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, but totally unsatisified with them understanding of my problem with the estimmate I received for a procedure I needed. I informed them that I have used my dental insurance for years and I have never paid the rates that they have quoted me. I asked to them to review it and they said it was correct. After leaving their office I called the insurance company and they had quoted me an additional $500.00 charges on my quote. I have lost my trust with them and won't be returning. more

Good treatment 3/20/2011

The staff was very attentative and the dentist Ms. Jamasi was great as well as her staff who treated me.I went in for an extract on a molar and a tooth replace filling. I was a bit turn off for taking a cancer test that they require you to take, which made me feel uncomfortable taking an exam if I didnt have a reason to. I felt it was an opportunity to charge another fee. Aside from that my first time experience going to town care dental was good. more

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!! They tried to charge me $1000 for a cleaning! When I refused and asked for the cleaning my insurance pays for, I was told no!!!! Spent 2 hours there and received NO CARE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! more

Everytime my son goes to the office he is treated in a very special way. The doctor and nurses are sweet and very attentive to his needs. They praise him constantly for doing a good job and he always comes out of the office with a smile. more
