It's difficult to read negative things about yourself or your business online but it's been helpful for me to see myself through the client's eyes. I deeply apologize to anyone who has not had a good experience at our place. I have been confronted with how going from a service provider to an owner has changed me. It hasn't been pretty. I have met with my staff and we have found ways to take some of the pressure off me so I don't have to feel so alone. I thank them for their generosity and devotion to our business. The first two years have been hard but I can't wait to see what the next two years hold for us!
