This is my first message posted to this site. I have had annoyances with this agent over the years, have now moved out of the country and am still forced to handle her incompetence. I would have changed agents earlier but I was in the middle of a PhD program (now complete thank you very much) and didn't really want to waste the time.\r

This agent had problems doing any of the following:\r
1) Providing accurate information (told me damage to a rental car I had was covered in my policy when I was 100% sure that is wasn't..and it turns out I was correct).\r
2) Returning more than 1 in 5 phone calls.\r
3) Returning ANY email.\r
4) Following through with any instructions given (I.e. I told her, IN PERSON, to cancel two policies effective on a certain date..which she didn't, then I called her and spoke to her on the phone and told her to cancel the policies effective immediately...which she didn't)\r

I do have to say that she is a pleasant and nice person given the minimal interaction we have had but on the whole this is the worst experience with someone who is supposed to be customer service based I have ever had..and I fly ALOT so you can imagine I have dealt with alot of bad situations in the past.\r

Be warned.
Pros: State Farm is a reputable company and I have had good experiences with their agents in the past
Cons: This particular agent is worthless
