I have been looking for a neurologist for a long time for my migraines. I did some research and several people found Dr. Cain to be a good doctor. So today I called to make an appointment. The receptionists took all of my information and told me to wait for the nurse to call me back and schedule an appointment. I found that to be weird that I had to go through 2 people just to get the date of my appointment. 3 hours later Melissa (the nurse) called me back and started to ask me question that have nothing to do with scheduling an appointment. Not only that but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She would not let me finish my sentences; she would talk to me with an attitude and not answer any of my questions. After I answered all of her questions I told her that I am in a lot of pain and would like to see a doctor. After all she told me that she needs to see if they can do anything and when I asked her what does she mean by ?IF they can do anything? she said :?Exactly that!? and hung up on me. \r
She called me back later and said ?we can?t help you? and hung up on me again. And when I tried to call her right back she didn?t pick up the phone and even the receptionist would refuse to transfer me to Melissa. \r
I never got to see the doctor and I hate his facility already.\r
While Dr. Cain might be a great doctor he sure needs to pick his staff more carefully. If you have another doctor in mind my advice to you is to go to another doctor. \r
