I took my dog here for most of his adult life, and he could be a really difficult one to deal with, but they always treated us well. He would wag his tail wanting to go in when we would arrive. They took care of two surgeries to remove growths, teeth cleanings, and normal checkups and shots. The techs were never intimidated, but gentle and firm. He eventually developed arthritis and diabetes, and when he was in final decline, they completed that journey with dignity and compassion. They sent me a personal note afterwards. I haven't yet gotten another dog, but I would recommend them for your animal's care.
