Bad customer service, decent medical service 4/6/2010

I had used this hospital for several pets I had. They provided good medical services but their customer service had a lot to be desired. After the thousands of dollars I spent there, and seeing that i was paying on a consistent basis, they sent me a letter telling me to pay up! I have since gone to the Animal Hospital of Streamwood and they are just light years ahead of Sutton in the real of customer service. costs are the same, but now I will never go back to Sutton, ever ! more

compassionate and competent 10/11/2008

I took my dog here for most of his adult life, and he could be a really difficult one to deal with, but they always treated us well. He would wag his tail wanting to go in when we would arrive. They took care of two surgeries to remove growths, teeth cleanings, and normal checkups and shots. The techs were never intimidated, but gentle and firm. He eventually developed arthritis and diabetes, and when he was in final decline, they completed that journey with dignity and compassion. They sent me a personal note afterwards. I haven't yet gotten another dog, but I would recommend them for your animal's care. more
