I had heard so many good things about this place and was totally disappointed. First, we were told we would only have to wait 10 minutes for our party of 4 for a table. It took 35 for us to be seated. Our table was small and we were crowded by the other tables. It was so loud we had to shout at each other to be heard. We got the potstickers and they tasted like they were from a frozen foods section at a grocery store. I ordered a bento combo with chicken, salmon, and tempura. My meat was so overcooked it wasn't edible. I stuck my chopstick in my salmon and I could lift it up and it wouldn't flake. My tempura was cold. My friend ordered sushi and her seaweed was stale. Another friend ordered sashimi and he said it tasted good, but it was a really small portion. The only member of our party that was happy ordered udon. I would not recommend eating here - does not live up to the hype. Our waitress was nice, though.
Pros: waitress was attentive and friendly
Cons: everything else
