After 10 years membership (now in my 70's) Premier Ladies Fitness has excellent programs that will carry me into my 80's -- professional/caring staff -- excellent equipment /facilities -- variety of classes geared toward achieving good health for all participants (even modified, when necessary, to enable all ages to join in).
