Premier Ladies Fitness is a fine facility for a gym.
The problem with them is that they are contracted with National Fitness Financial services. National Fitness is, in my opinion, criminals. Your contract and mine states that if you move outside of a 25 mile radius from a participating gym your membership is void. In August I moved over 50 miles outside of a participating gym and I have been fighting with National Fitness ever since to release my membership. I have sent utility statements and our settlement statement proving we have moved to this new address and they are still coming up with excuse after excuse as to why they can't close out the account. They came right out tonight and said it was Premier who is rejecting my proofs of move. I spoke with Premier, Judy to be exact, and she told me it is National who is rejecting the proofs not them and that they make Premier look bad. I would highly advise any potential clients to NOT commit with Premier. If your own financial company purposely makes you look bad why in the world would you stick with them??? Is it because you care more about the dollar than the client? How insulting! I have done nothing to break contract rules or what I agreed to and yet I am being treated as if I am in the wrong. Now I have a statement in my hands saying that I owe almost $1,000 to National/Premier and that I have defaulted on my payments. This is the furthest thing from the truth so not only are they trying to steal my monthly payment from me but now they are trying to drag my credit score down the tubes too. AVOID PREMIER AT ALL COSTS!!!!! They will rip you off and I'm not the first to have reported such a problem. Premier owes me and clients like me a huge apology and they need to FIRE National Fitness Financial. They are a terrible way to have your company represented.
Pros: Judy is really nice.
Cons: Impossible to get out of contract legitimately
