I was a patient of Dr. Crumpley's who needed help in a pinch. I was already weary of the dentist, as most people are, but was assured that I'd be taken care of and would have a great experience. I paid cash upfront for a product that was given to me in very poor condition. I was never called or followed up with regarding my situation. I now have a piece of dental equipment that was hacked, even taken a torch to by the hygenist, which I can never wear or use. There was a huge lack of personal attention given, maybe because I'm just one little patient in sea of patients who bring in money everyday.
Pros: The hygenists were very friendly, I felt like they were genuinley interested in helping
Cons: The dentist is very impersonal, gave me an unacceptable piece of equipment
