Crumpley Venesa Dds

My family and I recently moved here from Georgia. We had no idea where to even begin looking for a dentist when we found Dr. Crumpley's office on the way to the YMCA. My husband has always had a horrible fear of the dentist so we were wary of any dentist office. I scheduled my whole family for hygeine appointments on the same day. They were very accomodating to our schedules since my husband and i both work and our kids are in school. My oldest child needed to get a nightguard and they were very prompt in getting the nightguard made and back to us. The hygeinists are soo sweet and very good at their job. The dentist had excellent chairside manner and was able to help us set up treatment plans for both of my children to get fillings done. I loved our experience at Dr. Crumpleys office and my husband does not dread any future visits. The hygienist was very gentle with him and talked him through everything she was doing. He is at ease more now than he ever has been. i can't imagine going to any other dentist! I was a patient of Dr. Crumpley's who needed help in a pinch. I was already weary of the dentist, as most people are, but was assured that I'd be taken care of and would have a great experience. I paid cash upfront for a product that was given to me in very poor condition. I was never called or followed up with regarding my situation. I now have a piece of dental equipment that was hacked, even taken a torch to by the hygenist, which I can never wear or use. There was a huge lack of personal attention given, maybe because I'm just one little patient in sea of patients who bring in money everyday.
