Not long ago we had our system go out. Its an old system, but the failure was unexpected. We received a 1 year home warranty (which I would never recommened anyone having) and the warranty company sent Comfort Wizards out. I am mechanically inclined, but by no means an HVAC guru. The service tech that came out was prompt, professional, and able to explain what was wrong with the system and what needed to be done in a way that I did not feel talked down to. The only issue was the home warranty company who did not want to go with the recommendation of Comfort Wizards. Found someone else how told them pretty much the same thing and Comfort Wizards ended up coming back to make the repairs. I am very happy with the actual service and customer service as well. I will absolutely call them first for a quote on a new system when I can. In the mean time they will be my first call for service.
