I was told it would take 3 days for an estimate, 6 days later I called them, they had no anser for me.I called two days after that they said it was being currently being worked on. Hadn't heard so 5 hours later I called they said it was still in pieces because it wasn't a software problem. Three days later I went in just to get my laptop back it was sitting on a shelf no one called me, nothing...oh and it was a software problem. these people lie, have terrible customer service, and act like you are inconveniencing them.
Pros: I know never to use them again
