I was overwhelmed with the thought of having to put my 2 year old in day care full time 5 days a week, but the reality was we had to. I did extensive research before even visiting places. we just moved back to queens from Long Island and quite frankly I was nervous about the schools in the area. For about 3 months we looked and visited many day care centers and just driving down Crossbay blvd one day we saw VIP II. I made an appointment for a visit and immediately felt a bit at ease. The environment was very welcoming as were the staff. After two visits we were sold and decided to send our son to VIP II. It was the best decision we could have ever made. The staff are so loving. They treat each kid as part of a big family. My son loved the atmosphere and the teachers. They proivde a great learning environment and foster indepence in the children as well. My son learned a great deal there and I would highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a safe, warm, clean learning environment for their child. I never cried when I had to leave my son there for the first day, but we cried when it was his last day! I wish there were teachers and staff like those at VIP everywhere!
Pros: Clean, Friendly staff, Inviting atmosphere, great school activities (ex. plays etc...)
Cons: They don't go past Kindergarden!
