Sunset Grille is a neighborhood bar unwilling to serve its most dependable customers. I have been going there every Friday for the past 2 years. This past Friday was my last. I ordered a drink watched the server, serve 3 tables before me! This would have been okay had they ordered before me, but that was not the case. HE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE! There have been multiple servers that don't ask if anything is needed, They bring drinks when they want, they have gotten attitudes when asking for something or they just don't come to the table at all. I have spoken the owner (the one with the striped pants) and he said that maybe the servers were having a bad night (every Friday is their ""bad night""). Absolutely not, he's running his establishment into the ground. Service should be given with a smile and as prompt as possible. That is crucial in making a restaurant run well. Bottom-line is Sunset Grille is a poor excuse for a restaurant. I and several of my friends will be taking our money elsewhere! DO NOT GO HERE!
