Not only was I treated rudely and with apathy, they also ruined a $150 shirt by returning it to me with ink stains that were not there when I dropped it off. They also did not have one of the items ready because they had outsourced it to another cleaner and forgot to have it delivered back to them. I then had to go to Santa Monica myself to pick it up since I was relying on having that item by the date I was told it would be ready. They did not offer any apology for the inconvenience, and I had to argue with them in order to not be charged for the ruined shirt. I was also charged for the item that I had to pick up myself in Santa Monica.
