I agree with the previous review: AVOID THIS PLACE. 10/17/2008

Not only was I treated rudely and with apathy, they also ruined a $150 shirt by returning it to me with ink stains that were not there when I dropped it off. They also did not have one of the items ready because they had outsourced it to another cleaner and forgot to have it delivered back to them. I then had to go to Santa Monica myself to pick it up since I was relying on having that item by the date I was told it would be ready. They did not offer any apology for the inconvenience, and I had to argue with them in order to not be charged for the ruined shirt. I was also charged for the item that I had to pick up myself in Santa Monica. more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6/23/2008

One of the workers, Joshua, treated me like garbage. I called ahead to ask how much alterations were, and he replied $8. I brought in five pairs of jeans to have the length altered. He insisted that I paid ahead of time and charged me $10 per pair of jeans. He didnt tell me that it was an additional $2 to MESAURE my jeans. Who does that?!? NOBODY When I came back to pick them up, they were the worst possible quality of work. One pair of my pants were not even finished. When I asked about it, he lied to me and said they would be ready in time when I picked up the rest. When I picked them up, the stitching was the uneven and the hem was an inch wide! When I asked for my money back, he refused to give me all of my money back and would only give me $10 for the pair that were the most messed up. When I told him I was disatisfied, he told me ""what do you expect for $10 alterations."" I referrenced the sign that said ""expert alterations"" above his head to which he had nothing to say and began ignoring me and helping other customers. I have never been treated this rudely and if I was able to post photos of the job he did I would. I could have done a better job with no sewing experience. Cons: EVERYTHING-price, customer service, reliability, quality of work more
