I wish that I had read the other reviews before I had these people at my house. When he arrived I had two working ovens that just needed checked. When he left I had two nonworking ovens and that was 10 days ago. Plus, the technican caused one of the breaks and when he spent hours working on it (didn't fix it) the bill went over 350.00. Also, did not clean up after himself. Customer service is the worst. They do not return phone calls or call when promised. One day they have the part needed, the next day they don't. I do not understand how this place is still in business. This is truly an example of a company out to get every last dollar out of you. He worked as slowly as he could. If I could give it less than one star I would. I give this business a ""F"". Please look elsewhere if you need any appliance repaired.
