This place is too lazy to check a person's claim about a bill -- in this case a medical bill which was not resubmitted to the insurance company as their client was REPEATEDLY instructed and which ERS was also told REPEATEDLY. They are mostly rude and superior. There was ONE exception in all my dealings with these people. They are so bad my wife is afraid to go in and talk to them. Which, of course, you have to do if you want their supposed documentation. Their shyster -- sorry, lawyer -- has all the personality of a junkyard dog, and sends ""summons""es that have not been filed yet as a scare tactic.
Pros: Maybe for creditors, none for supposed debtors.
Cons: Arrogant and superior
