Worst service company probably in the city. Here an ancedote: Moved in, found the shower leaked and called Monon. About a month later a plumber finally showed up and put a hole in the wall. After months of contacting Monon to fix the hole, finally someone came and patch it with some sheetrock, but never painted it or anything. Then, our house got broken into and much was stolen. Come to find out Monon gives out keys to your place to private handymen and service companies to fix any problems...so we had the locks all re-cored. Monon refused to pay for it. We have filed a complaint and will probably be going to court, not the first time for Monon. They have since changed their name to Sentry Mgmt. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig...I wish I could give zero stars.
