Sentry Management does a superb job of ensuring our community?s financial assets are adequately protected. Our Community Manager is so well informed as to smart business practices that we have a significant surplus and will not need to raise HOA fees this year. I truly appreciate that. more

Several months ago our HOA made the change to Sentry Management. What a difference this has made in our community. Calls are returned promptly. We actually see our community manager who regularly is on site. Our HOA meetings run so smoothly now and our manager handles issues and people so well. Attention to our financial health is finally being attended to. It truly is like night and day from our previous property management company. I?m just sorry we didn?t fire our old company sooner and go with Sentry. more

The property management staff, since becoming Triple ""J"" is very profesional and VERY caring. I have seen a huge change since Triple ""J"" took over. Pros: Excelent and very personal service Cons: Cant think of one more

We are currently now living in the home that was managed by Sentry, Monon and now triplej management. Cons: incompetent more

Worst service company probably in the city. Here an ancedote: Moved in, found the shower leaked and called Monon. About a month later a plumber finally showed up and put a hole in the wall. After months of contacting Monon to fix the hole, finally someone came and patch it with some sheetrock, but never painted it or anything. Then, our house got broken into and much was stolen. Come to find out Monon gives out keys to your place to private handymen and service companies to fix any problems...so we had the locks all re-cored. Monon refused to pay for it. We have filed a complaint and will probably be going to court, not the first time for Monon. They have since changed their name to Sentry Mgmt. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig...I wish I could give zero stars. Pros: None. Cons: Just about everything you can think of more
