I go to las vegas about twice a year and I had ben wanting to try Guy Savoy but never had the time. I just returned from vegas and myself and 2 friends ate there on Wednesday night. I ordered the pousson and I was not paying attention to what I was eating because I was talking but when I looked down at my plate I realized parts of it (the drumsticks) were undercooked. I thought that it should be ok but sure enough, I was throwing up all morning. The service was outstanding, the champagne was fantastic but when I pay $100 for chicken, I expect it to at least be cooked.
