We purchased a sofa in 2005. It arrive with tears in the fabric. We contacted Sofa Selections. They said they would resolve the situation and set up service. Service person never showed. This occurred several times then we gave up. My wife returned to the store in 2008 (mistake). The owner's wife committed to resolve the situation and set up service. Service arrived and fixed the tears then presented a bill for $40. My wife stopped by the store to give them the bill. The owner said didn't know about the arrangement. When my wife tried to explain he started swearing and ranting at her "" Get the F&*) out of my F@#$ing store. 200lb male threatening a 95lb woman. Not good or safe. Do not even enter this store!
