Sofa Selections

Bought theater style reclining sofa based on floor model. The sofa is designed with two recliners conected with a center console with cup holders in the console and on arm rest. The material is leatherette and microfiber. Received the new sofa approx one month later as promised. Initial excitement soon turned to disappointment. The quality of construction, or lack thereof, was soon evident. The middle console with cup holders had no padding under the leatherette! The material was simply stretched over a void. The one recliner seat is comfortably padded while the other is seriously lacking!! Finally, the one recliner has a large gap between the recliner back and center console back. The other does not. I compared our sofa with the floor model, which did not have these defects. more

We purchased a sofa in 2005. It arrive with tears in the fabric. We contacted Sofa Selections. They said they would resolve the situation and set up service. Service person never showed. This occurred several times then we gave up. My wife returned to the store in 2008 (mistake). The owner's wife committed to resolve the situation and set up service. Service arrived and fixed the tears then presented a bill for $40. My wife stopped by the store to give them the bill. The owner said didn't know about the arrangement. When my wife tried to explain he started swearing and ranting at her "" Get the F&*) out of my F@#$ing store. 200lb male threatening a 95lb woman. Not good or safe. Do not even enter this store! Found a couch after their ""all american made"" speech. Ordered it, and now, 8 weeks later, we call and they let us know it's there. They can't deliver for another week and a half. We make arrangements to pick it up, call back to make sure which store it is at... It's not at any, it's at a warehouse. Can't pick it up until FRIDAY. We've been without a couch for weeks and I'm so sick of this back and forth!! more

Save you money and go some where else. This place delivers defective products that they won't take back. They were late on delivery, scratched my hardwood floor and door. Unprofessional delivery people. When complaints were mentioned about the furntiure quality owner swore at us and called us every name in the book. What wonderful customer service. You can't return defective furniture and then you get sworn at for doing. Save yourself the time and hassel...go some where else and let guys business go down the drain. Cons: Everything more
