After a serious trauma resulted in a 10 day stay in Presbyterian Behavioral Health, my husband was assigned to an outpatient program at University Psych. Following our initial meeting with the head of the program, we decided to look for help elsewhere--but we kept the appt with Dr Lombardi in order to get refills for my husband's (very necessary) psych medication until we were able to see the psych at the new program. When Dr. Lombardi found out we had gone with another program and would only have one appt with him, he refused to see my husband. Even though the medication was a matter life or death for my husband, neither the Dr nor the cold, condescending receptionists could be swayed to help us.
